Nicole is a Vice President with Middlefield Group. She heads up the HR Department and works closely with operations. Her career at Middlefield spans over two decades where she played an integral role in company operations working directly with Middlefield’s founder and Executive Chairman.
Recently, Nicole was the lead on implementing the new in-house payroll system across all Middlefield’s group of companies streamlining various processes that make for better workflow.
Nicole graduated from Dalhousie university with a BSc in mathematics. Prior to joining Middlefield in 1996, Nicole worked at a real estate appraising company. Throughout the many technological advancements that have come to the fore throughout her career, her dedication and hard work have proven invaluable in keeping Middlefield nimble as an effective leader as an award-winning asset management company.
