Garth Jestley is Vice Chairman of Middlefield Group and Special Advisor to the senior management team.

Following several years in an executive capacity with Citibank and BMO Bank of Montreal in Montreal, New York and Toronto, Mr. Jestley joined Middlefield in 1985 to lead the company’s institutionally-backed venture capital business. Subsequently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Middlefield’s core investment management business. During this period, he led the launch and early growth of Middlefield’s equity income family of funds, including Middlefield Canadian Income PCC domiciled in Jersey, Channel Islands.

Mr. Jestley earned his BSc from University of British Columbia and MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He currently serves on the boards of two charitable organizations and is author of the book “More Than Your Business Card.”
