Jeremy Brasseur is the Executive Chairman of Middlefield Group. Mr. Brasseur is responsible for overseeing all of Middlefield’s business operations, including the development and structuring of Middlefield’s investment funds. He provides guidance to the President and CEO in setting the organizational vision and strategic direction, as well as leadership to the Executive Committee that guides the management of the business.
Middlefield Group’s founding partner was Jeremy’s father, the late Murray J. Brasseur. Murray’s passion for the investment business was instilled in Jeremy from a young age helping his father hold Middlefield open houses before he was a teenager. This led Jeremy to attaining his real estate license at the age of twenty, one of the youngest licensed agents in Canada. He went on to work in all divisions at Middlefield both in Canada and the United Kingdom with a focus on the funds business.
Mr. Brasseur is an MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestem University of Chicago) and the Schulich School of Business (York University). Jeremy is carrying on his father’s legacy of giving back through the Middlefield Charitable Foundation with the goal of making significant impacts on charities that are important to society including, Sunnybrook and St. Michael’s Hospital.
