Lubna Reda joined Middlefield in 2026 as Director, Client Relationship Management. In this role, she is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with financial advisors across Canada, delivering dedicated support and seamless access to Middlefield’s investment platform and resources.
Lubna brings over a decade of experience in client relationship management within the asset management industry. She most recently served as Assistant Vice President, Client Relationship Management at Wellington Management, where she built and managed strategic relationships with top Canadian institutional clients. Prior to this, she was Manager, Client Engagement at RPIA, where she partnered with Canadian institutions, high net worth, and advisory clients to support their evolving investment needs.
Lubna holds a bachelor’s degree in Biopsychology from York University in Toronto.
