Craig Rogers is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and a Director of the Manager, as well as Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Structured Products of Middlefield Capital Corporation. In addition to overseeing Middlefield Limited’s compliance department, Mr. Rogers is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all of Middlefield’s Canadian Funds and is actively involved in bringing new products to market.
Mr. Rogers joined Middlefield in 2014 after several years as a Vice President of an independent investment dealer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed investment company.
Mr. Rogers graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from the University of Ottawa in 2006 and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.
