Craig Rogers is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and a Director of the Manager at Middlefield. In addition to overseeing Middlefield compliance function, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s Canadian funds and plays an active role in bringing new investment products to market.
Craig joined Middlefield in 2014, following several years as Vice President at an independent investment dealer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly listed investment company.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Ottawa and has earned the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation in Ontario, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
