Nancy Tham joined Middlefield in 1999 and has been a key contributor to the firm’s growth and success for over two decades. With a strong track record of cultivating deep, long-standing relationships within the advisor community across Canada, Nancy is a trusted leader in the investment management space.
As Managing Director of Sales, Nancy leads Middlefield’s national Sales team and plays an integral role in shaping and executing the firm’s distribution strategy. She oversees key advisor relationships and is dedicated to supporting financial advisors in building and preserving wealth for their clients, combining strategic insight with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
Nancy is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University, where she earned an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree.
