Maxim Kislitsyn joined Middlefield as an Investment Associate with generalist coverage. Prior to joining Middlefield in 2025, he held a Summer Analyst position at Espresso Capital, where he conducted due diligence and portfolio management on the credit underwriting team.
Maxim holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from Queen’s University. His interest in equity investing began in university as a Co-Chair of Investa Insights, with successful pitches in the consumers and aerospace and defense sectors.
