Chris comes to Middlefield with over two decades of experience in asset management, fixed income strategy, and advisor distribution across Canada. He joins us from Marret Asset Management where he was a Regional Vice President and Fixed Income Client Portfolio Manager.
Throughout his career, Chris has held progressively senior roles at leading investment firms, including PIMCO Canada, where he was head of the national inside sales team, Natixis Investment Managers, RBC Global Asset Management, TD Asset Management and ING Investment Management. Chris holds several professional designations from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Derivatives Market Specialist (DMS), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). He has also earned certificates in Fixed Income Trading and Sales, Advanced Investment Advice, and multiple other specialized disciplines.
