Mallika joined Middlefield as an Investment Analyst to contribute to the company’s global equity research coverage. She soon took on additional responsibility of an ESG analyst, identifying attractive investment opportunities with respect to Middlefield’s ESG policy.
Prior to Middlefield, Mallika worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Dark Byte Capital where she analyzed securities across different financial markets using fundamental and quantitative analysis.
Mallika graduated from Symbiosis University in India where she studied BBA with finance as her major. She has completed Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RIAC) and is currently working towards completing the CFA program. She is an active part of Women in Capital Markets (WCM), an organization with a mission to accelerate equity, diversity and inclusion in the field of finance.
